How to connect Facebook and other review platforms to see every review in one place

Under Reputation › Settings › Integrations, click Connect account on the platform you want (Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Booking…), paste the public URL of your review page and click Connect. Reviews then show up under Reputation › Reviews and can be added to your website widget.

Before you start

  • Have the public URL of your page on each platform (the page a customer opens to read your reviews, e.g. your Yelp or TripAdvisor page).
  • Make sure you have permission to manage that page on the source platform.
  • Google Business Profile connects through a different path (see the related article).
Where to find it

Reputation › Settings › Integrations › Connect account

Step by step

Connect a platform

  1. In the left menu, open Reputation and click the Settings tab.
  2. Open Integrations. You'll see the available platforms: Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Booking.com, Airbnb, Amazon, Glassdoor, Indeed, Houzz, Zillow, OpenTable and many more.
  3. On the platform you want, click Connect account.
  4. Paste the URL of your public review page on that platform. If the platform asks for authorization (as Facebook does), authorize the connection.
  5. Click Connect. Review syncing starts automatically.

Connect more than one page from the same platform

  1. On the same platform, click Manage to see the pages already connected, with their status, review count and last sync.
  2. Add the next page with its own URL (for example, your second store or branch).
  3. Repeat for each page; there's no cap on pages per platform.

View and filter reviews

  1. Open Reputation › Reviews.
  2. Under Sources, pick one connected page or several to see them together. The selected sources appear as chips above the list.
  3. Reply and keep track of everything from here, without opening each platform.

Tips

  • Once connected, add the platform to the sources of your review widget to show it on your website.
  • Connecting platforms is for viewing and replying only; where review requests send customers is still controlled by the Review Link under Settings (check it separately).
  • Keep only the platforms where you actually get reviews connected, so the list stays clean.

Common problems

  • Connection error: invalid URL → The URL must be your business's public review page on that platform, not the site's homepage. Open the page as a customer would, copy the address from the browser bar and try again.
  • I connected the page but no reviews show → Newly connected pages can take a while to sync. Under Manage, check the status, review count and last sync. If it stays empty, confirm you have access to the page on the platform.
  • Reviews are mixed together and I can't tell which store they're from → Under Reviews, use the Sources filter to pick just the page you want.
  • The connection stopped working → Clear your browser cache, open Integrations and reconnect the page. If it persists, contact support.

Frequently asked questions

Does connecting Facebook here also connect Messenger and comments?

No. This connection only brings in page reviews. Messages and comments are connected under Settings › Integrations.

Can I connect several platforms at once?

Yes: several platforms, and several pages under each one.
