- What to do when an email bounces or sending is suspendedA bounced email is one the recipient's server rejected. Fix or remove the address, turn on email verification in Settings › Business Profile and build a workflow that turns on email DND when a bounce happens, to keep your bounce rate low.
- What to do when email sending is paused because of Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo blocksThe "email sending is blocked" banner means a temporary pause (12 h; 24 h if it repeats) that ends on its own. Use the pause to find the cause under Settings › Email Services › Bounce Classification, fix SPF/DKIM/DMARC, clean your list and lower volume before resuming.
- What to do when your emails go to spamSend from a verified domain you own (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), with a sender on that domain, only to contacts who opted in, with an unsubscribe link and no volume spikes. Check authentication by opening a test email in Gmail with Show original.
