How to connect your domain to sites and funnels
In Settings › Domains, click Add Domain, enter the domain or subdomain and click Continue. If your provider is supported, click Authorize and the DNS records are created for you; otherwise, copy them into your provider's panel.

Before you start
- You must already own the domain with a provider (for example GoDaddy, Cloudflare or IONOS). Elooo CRM connects the domain; it doesn't host or sell it in this step.
- Have your login for the domain provider's control panel.
- Decide whether to use your root domain (e.g.
myclinic.com) or a subdomain (e.g.book.myclinic.com).
Where to find it
Settings › Domains › Add Domain
Step by step
- Open Settings and click Domains.
- Click Add Domain.
- Enter the domain or subdomain. For a root domain, you can turn on the option to also add www.
- Click Continue.
- If your provider supports automatic connection, an Authorize button appears. Click it, sign in to your provider and approve the connection.
- When authorization finishes, close the provider's tab and go back to Elooo CRM to complete verification.
- If your provider isn't supported, the screen shows the DNS records to create. In your provider's panel, create each record with the type, name and value exactly as shown.
- Wait a moment and test it by opening the domain in your browser. It can take 30 seconds or more.
- Then assign the domain to the site or funnel you want to publish, in that site's or funnel's settings.
Tips
- On Cloudflare, turn off the proxy (gray cloud, "DNS only") on the records created for Elooo CRM.
- If www already points to another service, delete that old record at your provider; Elooo CRM doesn't remove it for you.
Common problems
- An error says the domain is already connected to another product → The domain is already used by a funnel, website, store, blog, client portal or other product. Use the link in the error (when shown) to open that connection and disconnect it, or use a different subdomain.
- Conflict error with A, AAAA or CAA records → At your domain provider, delete or adjust the record named in the error (for example old A records, or a CAA record that blocks the SSL certificate) and try again.
- Authorization with the provider never finishes → Close the provider's tab after authorizing and return to Elooo CRM. Verification only continues there.
- The site won't open after connecting → Check the records were created without mistakes and, on Cloudflare, that the proxy is off. Wait a little and test again.
- My provider isn't offered for automatic connection → Use manual setup: copy the DNS records shown and create them in your provider's panel.
Frequently asked questions
Can I set up the domain manually even if my provider is supported?
Yes. Manual DNS setup is always available.
Can I use the same domain for a site and the client portal?
Not on the same address. Use a different subdomain for each product.
