How to create call scripts your team can read during a call
Go to Settings › Phone System › Voice › Call Scripts, click Add Scripts, type the text (plain text only) and save. During a call in the web dialer or mobile app, tap Scripts and pick the script to read while you talk to the customer.

Before you start
- You need access to Settings › Phone System.
- Draft the script in a notepad first: opening, qualifying questions, objection responses, required disclosures and close. Only plain text is accepted (no bold, no links).
- Anyone using scripts must make calls through the Elooo CRM web dialer or mobile app.
Where to find it
Settings › Phone System › Voice › Call Scripts › Add Scripts
Step by step
Create the script
- Open Settings and click Phone System.
- In the top bar, click Voice.
- Click Call Scripts, then Add Scripts.
- Give the script a clear name (e.g. "First contact – quote") and paste the text.
- Click Save.
- Repeat for each situation: new lead, follow-up, collections, win-back.
Use the script during a call
- Make or answer a call in the web dialer or mobile app.
- While the call is active, click or tap Scripts.
- Pick the script you want to follow; the text appears next to the call.
- If the conversation changes direction, switch to another script without interrupting the call.
Tips
- Short scripts with numbered questions are easier to follow than long paragraphs.
- Pair them with manual actions: a workflow creates the call task under Conversations › Manual Actions and the rep opens the script when dialing.
- When you edit a script, the new version shows the next time someone opens it in the dialer.
- Record calls and compare them with the script to refine the lines that work best.
Common problems
- The Scripts button doesn't show in the mobile app → Update the app to the latest version and make sure at least one script exists and is available to your user.
- I added bold and links and they disappeared → Scripts only support plain text. Write the full address out if you need it.
- I changed the script and my coworker still sees the old one → They need to close and reopen the script in the dialer to load the new version.
- I opened a script and the call dropped → Opening or switching scripts doesn't affect the call; the drop had another cause (see the article on call quality).
Frequently asked questions
Can I limit a script to certain users?
Scripts are created at the account level and, where the option is available, can be assigned to specific users or teams. Each person only sees the scripts available to them.
Is a script the same as the workflow "Manual Call" action?
No. The manual call action creates a task to call a contact; the script is the text you read during that call. You can use both together.
