How to create an offer (free or paid) and sell your course
Go to Memberships › Courses › Offers, click Create Offer, pick the courses included, set the price (free, one-time or recurring) and publish it. To sell through checkout, create a product in Payments › Products and turn on Membership Offer to link it to the published offer.

Before you start
- The course must already exist in Courses › Products, with its lessons published.
- To sell, you need a payment provider connected in Payments › Integrations (for example, Stripe).
- Decide on the model: free, one-time payment or subscription (recurring).
Where to find it
Memberships › Courses › Offers › + Create Offer
Step by step
Create and publish the offer
- Open Memberships › Courses › Offers.
- Click + Create Offer.
- Enter the offer title and select the course or courses included.
- Set the price: free, one-time or recurring.
- Click Create (or Save).
- Open the offer, review the courses and price, change the status from Draft to Published and save. Only published offers can be linked to a product or a workflow.
Link the offer to a product to sell through checkout
- Open Payments › Products and click + Create Product.
- Fill in the title, description and image. Turn on Include in Online Store if you want it listed in your store.
- In the pricing section, name the price and choose the type:
- One-time: the customer pays once.
- Recurring: choose the billing cycle and, optionally, a trial period and setup fee.
- Enter the amount and currency.
- Turn on the Membership Offer option and, in the list that appears, choose the published offer.
- Save the product. When someone buys it, they get course access automatically, with no further manual steps.
Limit the duration or set a start date
- Open the offer and go to the Offer Access section.
- For time-limited access, check Restrict access to specific amount of days and enter the days (for example, 30 for one month, 180 for six months). The period starts at enrollment and access is removed automatically when it ends.
- For a launch or pre-sale, check Begin access at specific date and pick the date. Anyone who signs up earlier only sees the course overview page.
- You can use both options together. Save and publish the offer.
Tips
- On a recurring price, if you fill in the number of payments, the subscription ends and is cancelled after that many payments. For an open-ended subscription, leave the field blank.
- You can have several prices or variants for the same product (for example, "Basic" and "Premium"), each linked to a different offer.
- In the offer, use Checkout › Preview Checkout to place a test order and confirm access is granted.
- If you want the purchase to trigger other actions too (tag, email, pipeline), use a workflow with the payment completed trigger.
Common problems
- The offer doesn't show up in the product's list → The offer is still in Draft. Open it in Courses › Offers, publish it and go back to the product.
- The customer paid but has no access → The Membership Offer option wasn't turned on in the product. Turn it on, choose the offer, and grant that customer access manually or through a workflow.
- The subscription cancelled by itself → The recurring price had a number of payments set. Edit the price and leave the field blank.
- The student signs in but only sees the overview page → The offer has a future start date. Check the date under Offer Access.
Frequently asked questions
Can I bundle several courses in one offer?
Yes. When creating the offer, select every course in the bundle; the customer gets access to all of them at once.
What happens if a student buys a second offer for the same course?
The new offer's period is added to the access they already had, with no interruption.
