Before you start
- You need access to Sites in your account.
- Have the destination ready: your website or funnel address, the form, the review link, or the phone or WhatsApp number.
- If you want your logo in the center, have the image handy.
Where to find it
Sites › QR Codes › Create QR Code
Step by step
Create the QR code
- In the left menu, open Sites and click QR Codes in the top bar.
- Click Create QR Code.
- Enter a name for the code (internal only, e.g. "Flyer – Booking").
- Choose the type: website, funnel, form, survey, quiz, review link, call, SMS, email, payment or WhatsApp.
- Paste the URL or fill in the requested detail (for example, the phone number).
- Click Next.
Customize it
- Pick the QR shape (square, rounded square or circle).
- Change the background color, the dot color and style, and the corner markers.
- If you like, add a frame and text above or below (e.g. "Scan to book").
- On the Logo tab, choose no logo, a preset logo, or upload your own.
- Scan the code on screen with your phone camera to check it opens the right destination.
Save and use it
- Choose a format:
- PNG: for websites, email and social media.
- SVG: for designs that need to scale.
- PDF: for print.
- Or copy the QR code link to share it without downloading the image.
- Click Save. The code appears in your QR Codes list.
Tips
- You can change the destination any time without making a new code: a QR you've already printed will open the new address.
- For a PNG with no background, drag the background color's transparency slider all the way to the left.
- The Analytics tab in QR Codes shows total and unique scans for each code.
Common problems
- Phones won't scan the QR code → Increase the contrast between dots and background (dark dots on a light background), make the logo smaller and print the code larger.
- The QR opens the wrong address → In the QR Codes list, hover over the code, click Edit, fix the destination and save. No need to reprint.
- The code looks cropped → With no background, header or footer, the extra space is trimmed automatically. Add a background or frame if you need margin.
- The background image doesn't show clearly → Adjust the transparency and use an image sized appropriately for the code.
