What to do when your A2P campaign is rejected
Go to Settings › Phone System › Trust Center › Brands & Campaigns › Campaigns, click View required fixes on each reason, fix everything listed (consent, website, business identity, description and sample messages) and resubmit. Forbidden content can't be resubmitted.

Before you start
- Your A2P brand must already be approved; without it, the campaign isn't even reviewed.
- Have access to your business website and the form where you collect SMS consent, because most fixes happen there.
- Read every rejection reason before changing anything: a campaign can have more than one, and it only moves forward once all are fixed.
- If the campaign is Pending, do nothing: wait for the review and don't create another campaign in the meantime.
Where to find it
Settings › Phone System › Trust Center › Brands & Campaigns › Campaigns › View required fixes
Step by step
Read the reason
- Open Settings › Phone System and click Trust Center.
- Open Brands & Campaigns and the Campaigns tab.
- On the campaign with Rejected status, click View required fixes next to each reason.
- Each reason shows the error code, the category, what it means and the correction needed. Note them all down.
Fix by category
- Consent (opt-in) — codes 30909, 30913, 30917, 30923, 30924, 30925, 30931, 30932, 30896, 30887, 30890:
- the form needs an SMS-only checkbox, unchecked by default, separate from accepting terms and from email sign-up;
- next to the checkbox: business name, what you send, frequency, "message and data rates may apply" and how to stop (STOP);
- describe every consent method you selected; if the form sits behind a login or is on paper, include a link to a hosted screenshot;
- the STOP reply confirms the request, says no more messages will be sent and includes the business name; the HELP reply includes the business name and a phone number or email;
- the privacy policy must state that mobile numbers aren't shared with third parties for marketing.
- Website — codes 30919, 30920, 30921, 30922, 30891, 30907, 30908, 30888:
- submit your main business website, not just the form page;
- the site must load without a login, not be "under construction", and show the business name, what you do, contact details, privacy policy and terms, and a mention of your SMS program;
- the domain must match the registered brand; if the site isn't live yet, say so in the description and attach screenshots;
- age-restricted products require an age gate in the consent flow.
- Business identity — codes 30914, 30915, 30918, 30926, 30927, 30971, 30972, 30881, 30894, 30903:
- the name in the campaign, messages and website must match the brand name; one campaign per brand;
- contact email on the business domain (not Gmail/Yahoo) and a real representative of the business;
- registered as a sole proprietor but using "LLC/Inc."? Register a standard brand with your tax ID.
- Use case and sample messages — codes 30910, 30911, 30912, 30916, 30886, 30893, 30892, 30889:
- everything in English (you can add a translation next to the original);
- a detailed description that differs from field to field; sample messages that differ from each other, with variable fields in brackets ([First Name]), the business name in at least one and STOP instructions in at least one;
- no public URL shorteners (bit.ly) and HTTPS links only;
- "lead generation" is first contact; "lead nurture" is follow-up with existing leads; pick the right one.
- Review the whole campaign, not just the flagged field: description, use case, messages, website, consent flow, privacy and terms must all tell the same story.
- Resubmit. If the field you need to change isn't editable (use case and opt-in message usually aren't), delete the campaign and create a new one with the correct details.
When resubmitting won't help
- Codes 30940 to 30964 and 30953 to 30958 (forbidden content: alcohol, tobacco, firearms, cannabis, gambling, loans, cryptocurrency, debt collection, multi-level marketing, phishing, URL shorteners, non-HTTPS links) aren't eligible for resubmission of the same campaign.
- Check whether your business fits an allowed category; if the only issue is a shortened or non-HTTPS link, fix it and create a new campaign.
Tips
- Make the website and form changes before resubmitting; the reviewer opens the site at review time.
- A complete, ready-made consent text next to the checkbox avoids almost every code in the 309xx family.
- If you get "maximum 3 tries exhausted", contact Elooo CRM support before trying again.
Common problems
- The campaign is approved but texts don't go out → The number isn't linked to the approved campaign. See the article on undelivered SMS and check the number's link in the Trust Center.
- I fixed the website and got rejected again with the same code → Review every point in the category, not just one; reviewers check name, services, contact details, privacy, terms and the SMS mention.
- I can't edit the use case → It's not editable after submission. Create a new campaign with the right use case.
- Rejected for a public-domain email → Switch to an email on your website's domain; if you're a sole proprietor with no domain, use the same free address shown publicly on your site.
Frequently asked questions
How many times can I resubmit?
Until it's approved, as long as the reason is fixable. Every resubmission is reviewed again, so fix everything in one go.
Does resubmitting cost anything?
There may be a vetting fee per submission; Elooo CRM support can confirm the terms.
