- How to update, pause or cancel a customer's subscriptionIn Payments › Subscriptions, find the customer's subscription and open the three-dot menu. From there you can Update (products, quantities, dates), Pause, Resume, Cancel, or send a link for the customer to change their card.
- How to view and export your customers' ordersIn Payments › Orders you see every order placed through order forms, payment links and your store. Filter by status, date or source, open an order for details, and click Download to get a CSV by email.
