Calendars basics

How to share your calendar link or add it to your website

In Settings › Calendars, click the calendar's three-dot menu and then Share. Copy the link to send to clients, or open the Embed Code tab, copy the code and paste it into an HTML block on your website.

Updated on

Before you start

  • The calendar must already exist, with hours set and at least one team member.
  • To embed it on an external website (WordPress, Wix, etc.), you need edit access to that site and a block that accepts HTML code.
  • If the site or funnel was built in Elooo CRM, you don't need code: use the editor's calendar element.
Where to find it

Settings › Calendars › ⋮ › Share

Step by step

  1. In the left menu, open Settings and click Calendars.
  2. Find the calendar and click the three-dot icon (⋮).
  3. Click Share.
  4. Copy the calendar link.
  5. Send it to clients by WhatsApp, email or SMS, or paste it into your Instagram bio, your Google listing or your email signature.

Add the calendar to an external website

  1. Follow steps 1 to 3 above.
  2. In the share window, open the Embed Code tab.
  3. Click Copy.
  4. In your website editor, add a custom code (HTML) block to the page where you want the calendar.
  5. Paste the code, save and publish the page.
  6. Open the published page and check that time slots appear.

Add the calendar to an Elooo CRM site or funnel

  1. Open the page in Sites › Funnels or Sites › Websites and go into the editor.
  2. Drag the Calendar element onto the page.
  3. In the element settings, choose the calendar to display.
  4. Save and publish.

Tips

  • Make a test booking from the link before you promote it.
  • If you have several calendars (for example, one per provider), share a calendar group link instead of several separate links.

Common problems

  • The calendar shows up blank on my website → Make sure you pasted the full code into an HTML block (not a text block) and published the page after pasting.
  • The link opens but has no time slots → The issue is in the calendar settings, not the link. See the article on missing time slots.
  • I can't find the Share option → It's in the three-dot icon next to the calendar in Settings › Calendars. If you don't see it, ask an admin for calendar permissions.

Frequently asked questions

If I change my hours, do I need to copy the code again?

No. The link and the code always show the calendar's current settings.

Yes. You can put it on your website, social media and messages at the same time.
